Steel Mesh Concrete Floats for the Construction of Floating Yacht Marinas
Specifications
The main product of our company is high-load capacity steel mesh concrete pontoons. These floats are characterized by excellent stability, load-bearing capacity, and durability, thanks to a special concrete mix based on our proprietary formula. The lifespan of the structure is estimated to be up to 50 years in our climate. The floats require no maintenance throughout their entire lifespan, with only occasional cosmetic pressure washing needed.
Usability
The floats are resistant to frost, bird droppings, and other factors that may affect the structure of the pontoons. They are custom-made due to the variety of equipment, often dictated by the method of anchoring the floats, distribution of energy and water, freeboard or high waves, and the overall layout of the marina. Each pontoon serves as a module which, once designed, can be connected with other modules from our standard product range.
Marina Construction
This allows, for example, phased construction of large marinas, easy road transport of components, and flexible configuration of the pontoon system according to the client’s wishes. Another important advantage of our solutions is the ability to build yacht marinas without the need for heavy hydraulic engineering works. Thanks to our floats, we can quickly adapt unregulated river or lake shores, build breakwaters, enclosed swimming areas, and more.
