The modular floating concrete foundations we manufacture are designed to support a wide range of structures, offering innovative solutions not only for inland waters, such as:
- residential homes of various sizes
- restaurants
- hotels
- harbormaster’s offices
- exhibition and advertising platforms
- hangars for large watercraft
- boat garages
- helicopter landing pads
- terminals and ramps for seaplanes
- recreational, leisure, and viewing platforms
- industrial-purpose platforms – such as pump stations, fuel stations, etc.
The modular structure of the platform allows for transportation to virtually any location accessible by truck.

Main Advantages of the Structure

- High load capacity
- Resistance to weather conditions, including ice
- No need for any maintenance or docking
- High stability and excellent user comfort
- Ability to configure platforms in various sizes
- Due to their long lifespan, platforms retain their value
- Absence of hollow buoyancy chambers means minimal required lifesaving equipment – classified as special, unsinkable units
- Multiple anchoring and mooring options available

Size and Dimensions

The platforms are non-propelled floating units. They can only be moved by appropriate pushing or towing vessels. All the structures we manufacture are tailored to their intended use and load requirements, with careful consideration of stability and strength.
Standard widths of individual platform modules:
3 m / 3.5 m / 4 m / 4.5 m / 5 m
Standard lengths of individual platform modules:
from 10 m up to 20 m
Module heights are selected individually and can reach values up to
3m
The platforms can be equipped with the following elements:

- Tanks
- Technical ducts for water, electrical, and sewage installations
- Fenders
- Safety equipment
- Anchor wells for mooring with dead anchors
- Pile clamps or sliders for mooring on piles or beams
- Recesses for mounting pile clamps or rescue ladders
- Mooring equipment for rope mooring
- Storage wells
- Foundations for various structures
- Railings
- Deck enclosures
- Through-hull outlets for internal installations
- Mooring branches, either concrete or traditional steel structures
- Rounded platform corners
- Terminals for connecting a linear system of mesh concrete floats, e.g., when installing the platform far from shore
Parameters to Provide

Every potential client interested in building a platform should send us the following information to enable proper selection of platform parameters:
- Expected freeboard of the platform under its final load
- Planned width and length of the platform
- Dimensions of the superstructure and its location relative to the platform
- Weight of the superstructure (for load calculations, approximately 20% of the weight of wet snow is added for flat roofs)
- Planned mooring/anchoring method
- Number and capacity of any tanks
- Layout plan of any technical ducts or distribution wells for water, sewage, and electrical installations
